Nice hotel, clean rooms. Mattress a little springy & squeaks. Breakfast crew rude/sarcastic to late comers & turning off lights in dining while people are still eating.

A great hotel that we have stayed at a few times. It is always well maintained and spotless. The staff is great as well. Check in was smooth and they kept the dining area well stocked and clean for breakfast.

Our family loves Hampton Inn. They have perfect beds, and are normally nice, clean, with great staff. This particular Hampton Inn was awful. I gave them 2 stars because the staff member that helped me was nice and accommodating.

The room smelled musty. The beds were both uncomfortable and one squeaked (literally every time my son moved). The room was not clean- orange substance on pillow as well as drapes, hair in sheets and pillows, mold on floor in bathroom. You can hear through the walls as well as everyone in the main lobby. I could even hear the people walking above me all night. What a nightmare.

Skip this location and move on to the next or choose a different hotel! Was also charged $134 to stay in this “suite”.

Good Hampton Inn, always love the breakfast buffet. We were close to closing time for the buffet, but the staff was nice and let us get what we could, even after the 10am finish. The staff was great when needed, giving our toddler stickers was a nice bonus. A great place to stay in Valdosta while passing through

Reasonably priced. Easy access from I-75. Desk/check-in staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast buffet was hot and fresh. Attendant at the buffet was a ray of sunshine on a gloomy grey morning.

Nice place. Room was nice, clean, and well stocked with bathroom items and coffee. The breakfast was good with hot food and plenty of options. About the only problem we had was actually getting to the place due to navigation picking up the place while we were still on the interstate because it's so close to it. Although the road noise was not bad. Also, be ready to turn before the road sign for the place because the sign is not right next to the road you have to use to get to the place.

The hotel itself was nice, but we did have some complaints. We requested quiet rooms, but they put us close to the elevators and across from the ice machine. We chose the prepaid option to get a discount, but they were going to charge us again when we got there. Took my wife two times going to the front desk to get that sorted. She's pretty patient with that sorry of thing normally, but the people at the front desk were not interested in helping. She finally got a manager to help and that person sorted things out. Would not stay there again.

The hotel was mostly clean. The rooms and lobby were pretty nice but the halls could use some extra cleaning. The 3rd floor had a strange smell in the hall. Like old smoke mixed with I don't know what. The breakfast was pretty good and the beds were decent. Overall, it was a good hotel.

This was a great stop for us on our way to south Florida! They had a pack n play all set up in the room for my baby. There was a mini fridge as well. The room was clean and nice. Thanks!

It's an illusion. The hotel looks really nice upon entry, but the site is controlled on all floors. Once you step out of the elevator, on to your room floor, it feels like you stepped into a sauna. I called the front desk after the first night of my room being extremely hot, they sent the maintenance person and all he did was change the filter, which this did nothing for the temperature in the room. It's obvious that remodeling has taken place recently because it shows in all areas of the room, and whomever is completing the remodeling is doing a shabby job.
Don't spend the money, it's not worth the price. The location is great, but that's it. There is a nice Holiday Inn & Comfort Inn & Suites about 5 minutes down the street. Book there for a cool comfortable, relaxing stay.

Clean, spacious rooms, modern and nice decor/furniture. The lobby was really nice and big which was great considering a lot of my family members were staying there, so we had a perfect place to sit and visit in the evenings. We had no complaints about the staff or the rooms! The only thing was the breakfast (eggs especially) were not great, but hey, it's free. And all hotels pretty much have gross eggs.
