1 Star is being gracious! Extremely rude registration attendant on 12/27/2017 at 8pm! Wasn’t even able to make a reservation due to someone in a customer service position who was obviously having a bad day an took it out on a customer looking for a night to stay. The cherry on the top was being hung up on! This hotel must have so much business valuing a customer isn’t worth their time!

We booked this room for Christmas weekend solely due to the fact It had an indoor pool for our son. It was closed when we wanted to go last night due to an issue. We were very disappointed but It is the only pool we found nearby with an indoor pool. The room is a little small for a king suite and could have been cleaner. The front desk associate was unable to assist. However, when I saw the manager the next morning she was more than accommodating. Thank you Shay. For that reason I will give 3 stars because the staff consistently stayed nice even though I was upset and probably not the sweetest person.

BE CAREFUL before you choose this place!! I escaped to GA during the hurricane session and I expected to have nice people there. I couldn’t make it because of the hurricane and I already got the worst customer service even with talking with managers( one manager hung up the phone and she didn’t give me a call back). I really regret choosing it because they used a national disaster to get the money they want instead of refund it to me (it’s been 3 months now). It’s a SHAME

Rooms outdated and dirty. Hot tub did not work and breakfast was cold and awful. The office staff was nice especially the evening staff.

This is our second stay here 3 years apart. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Spacious. Always pleased with our stay here on the way to Orlando, Fla. Only the pool was a wee too hot for my kids tonight, better than too cold though.

They were so nice to us! We were on a trip with band so there was a lot of people and a few room swaps but it was great. My only complaint is that instead of a two bed room we got a king bed and a pullout couch but it still worked

Very disappointed all pet friendly and was not listed like that on line. Peep stains on carpet who knows what was in the bed. Love animals but don't want to sleep with them or have peep stain carpet.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life!!! Went to my room and it smelled like urine, heard people in the hallway say the same thing about their room so I went back to front desk to get my money back there was a couple there talking about there was water leaking through their ceiling. Couldn't get my money back because they except cash but do not refund it so they said.. even though there aren't any postings that say that and that wasn't told to me before they accepted it even though I had only been there 10 minutes. Took 100 dollars off my card for deposit also so I had no choice but to stay. The room I had to stay in was filthy nasty and the A/C unit was so loud me or my children couldn't sleep tried to swap out rooms but the lady at the desk said they were booked. Took all the joy out of my night with my children. Worst place to stay in Valdosta!

1st room a/c did not work, it was very loud and didn't blow cold or even cool.the beds were comfy in first room, which was 303, switched to another room, 312 and the bed was very uncomfortable, the rooms need to be updated. The internet in both rooms was horrible, barely worked. So if you need to do work from your laptop, this is not a good hotel. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Will not return. We have stayed in many Country inn and suites, and have had nothing but positive reviews, but this is by far the worst one we have stayed in.

This hotel is more of a motel. The attendants at the front desk had a rude attitude. TV and internet did not work the whole time for our two night stay. There were strands of hair on the bed when we checked into the room. The electric doors did not work. The room smelled like dead fish. On top of all this the hotel tried to charge us $250 for moving one of the beds and removing a drawer from the dresser. Avoid this "hotel" if you can

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly. However maintenance seems to be very poor, I had to clean the filters in the air conditioning unit on order for it to have any flow. I also had to defrost and clean over an inch of ice out of the refrigerator to be able to cool our drinks for the next day's road trip (see image).

As a side note the internet was so slow that streaming Netflix etc required us to use our cellular, if that is a concern of yours.

The room was clean, quiet and we slept fine, but I paid extra over something like a Motel 6 with expectations that were sadly not met.

The room was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff as quite friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was not good, burnt powdered eggs, some kind of cold sausage. The employee that checked us out as a little on the rude side, but they have an indoor pool, and a pretty sweet hot tub. Great location, right by a gas station, Olive Garden, starbucks, and a wendys.

I give this a 2 star because of the amenities. This is suppose to be one of the better hotels in Valdosta. The bed was hard, mirror door in my room is almost not operable, and indoor pool room completely reeks of chlorine. Stay in there for an hour and you'll need new eyes. For the price you pay this stuff should be in order. Kind of dented our mini vacation. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

Staff was really friendly, but the rooms could use some updating. They were renovating, so hopefully that will improve. Bring Motrin though, the bed was as comfortable as a park bench.
