My aunt stayed here 1 night because she arrived a day early. The place and staff were wonderful while she was there. Wish she could've stayed longer, but they were booked for race weekend/Memorial Day Weekend. We had a family emergency and they helped us out with my aunt. Thank you to a Wonderful Staff for understanding. Was the only place we could find on the spot that didn't give her a hard time.

It was a pleasant experience over all. The one thing that got me was finding a hair in pastry. Although that could have been because of anyone in the hotel.

There's really nothing to complain about. The room was clean and quiet, breakfast was about what you'd expect, and if you're there for the night and you want to eat someplace nearby, there are LOTS of choices. I'd recommend the Cracker Barrel.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms wear clean and well prepared for our arrival. Breakfast was hot and fresh and a few minutes early every morning. The managers reception Monday and Tuesday were under sold by the staff, my business associate and I had a great time. The only reason I did not give a 5 star review was because (in my opinion) the mattress in my room was a bit worn and ready to be replaced.

A very nice place to stay while visiting in Mooresville. A very comfortable atmosphere and a wonderful bed to rest. Several pillows to choose from and everything is clean and inviting. Breakfast was nice and the staff was the best.. ever! Every staff member I met wasn't just professional but just genuinely nice. I will stay here if I ever visit Mooresville again.

Best experience! They were great! Evacuated from Tampa due to hurricane Irma and reserved their last room and didn't realize that they don't accept pets. Called them and they made an exception due to our situation and did not even charge us! Breakfast was excellent and hospitality was over the top!

My boyfriend and I spent a week with the Hampton Inn and their friendly staff. We were well taken care of and we can't wait to stay at other locations as well.
The hotel was beautiful and accommodating and the staff was, overall, warm and friendly. We loved the laundry facilities and 24hr coffee/tea table. The room was beautiful, comfortable and super clean.
My only complaints would be that the staff/maintenance didn't know how to use the roll in shower/handheld shower head and housekeeping got testy with us twice when we kept the "do not disturb" key in until 1-1:30 pm despite the letter under the door saying we had until 2pm. One day the key was out before noon.
Overall we will always look for a Hampton Inn wherever we go.response / report this review -

We stayed at this hotel for one night and the rooms were very clean, staff was very nice, and the free breakfast in the morning was great. Would definitely stay here again if I was in the area!

I stayed at this location so I could take my wife to the Lady of the Lake dinner cruise. It was only 4 mile from Queens landing, so it was, in my opinion, the perfect distance from the venue. The hotel is beautiful, the room was very clean and modern, and the breakfast was fantastic.
