Hotel is undoing renovations on the first floor and exterior. 2nd floor was already renovated. Staff was nice.

Typical Hampton Inn with friendly service. The rooms were clean and the hotel is better than a Motel 6 by far. The free breakfast is typical Hampton and gets the job done: oatmeal, cold cereals, milk, juices (from concentrate), yogurt, coffee, fruit that looks fresh but probably isn't, eggs probably made from a mix, and sausage or bacon.

Nice hotel that we stay in when traveling to northwestern Pennsylvania. Nice rooms, staff are friendly and can't beat the free breakfast every day. Highly recommend.

Nice, clean hotel. Staff was very pleasant and professional. Although we did not use housekeeping during our stay, the staff made sure we had extra washcloths and toiletries each day. Hot breakfast is always a plus! We will definitely make this property our choice to stay while in Mansfield!

This is an amazing hotel. It has gym, pool and is a very quiet place to stay in. The rooms are big, clean and cosy. People were very kind. Cool place!

Very clean, comfortable and friendly! Would definitely stay again. I do wonder, though, why the faucet is positioned in the corner of a rectangular sink. Do they have many visitors with tiny hands that form right angles?

Nice, polite, friendly staff. I have stayed in this hotel 5 separate time. Each time I have had 4 children ages 8 and under. Only once have we not been able to get connecting room. Luckily that trip I also had a 17 year old with me. The breakfast always has waffles, fresh fruit, cereal and some type of egg and meat. My kids love the indoor pool and I enjoy them getting out their energy. The only 'complaint' I have is, it's time for them to clean the carpet in the rooms I stayed in this last trip.

This location was easily accessible from the highway. It has enough nearby places to eat without having to drive very far at all. Well lit parking and the staff was very friendly checking in. Room was good size and the beds were comfy. Fridge and microwaves in the standard rooms were a nice touch. It looks well updated and had plenty of options for breakfast. Eggs, cereal, waffles, fruit etc. Fresh coffee was always available during my stay. They even had a good workout room with more than couple of machines.

Rooms were comfy and cozy as one would expect from a Hampton Inn. We were on the road and called ahead to arrange for a room. Staff was helpful even with the front desk technical issues at check-in. One complaint, if you can even call it that: the corner faucet on the bathroom sink caused some water messed due to the location. Otherwise, nothing but good words.

The room was great however we were right across from the pool which is fine except they do not in force the pool closing at 10 and there was a group of teenagers in there past 10 and they were quite loud. They also over charged me for the room by $54 which they said would come off after checkout which I am still waiting on. If not for those 2 things they probably would have got a 5.

Aric at the front desk is amazing. He gives me outstanding customer service. He is the reason I keep coming back. Housekeeping not so good. I put my do not disturb sign on my door and they still came in my room. I was very upset about this.

I was recently in this hotel and I had a great time. The service was relatively fast and the room was well cleaned when we arrived. The rooms do not hold out noise very well. During my stay the pool was very cold and the whirlpool was out of order yet I enjoyed never the less. I also assume these problems will be fixed in the future. Overall it's a nice place to stay but with little problems along the way.
