  Great hotel- super clean and updated. Nice pool area {but no hot tub!}. Good breakfast set up, a lot of good options and delicious coffee. Staff was very nice. We were very impressed with this hotel and if we're ever in the area again, we'll be back!

  Strong WiFi. Very modern with door key that could run through an app on the phone. Close to campus and restaurants. Nice free breakfast, which is mostly toast, waffles and coffee. Free cookies upon check in we're great

  Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast wasn't the best around and they could have served more. Choices are scrambled eggs, sausage, and waffles for a hot breakfast. Cereal and pastries for other options.
  
  No complaints about the rooms other than there is a door between two rooms and they are very thin. Noise travels through them very easily. We've stayed a couple of times and heard the neighbors very clearly but it's not intolerable if they go to bed at a decent hour. The first time a drunk couple came in about 2 am and talked in a drunken manner for at 20 minutes before it got quiet. The next time it was a crying baby but I had babies once so that didn't bother me. This is really the only complaint I have with this hotel is that thin door.
  
  I would recommend and will likely stay here again.

  I would just like to thank Justin here at the Hampton Inn in Lawrence Kansas. We were having a run of bad luck and even though it followed me, he was more than polite, accommodating and helpful. Huge shout out! Thanks again!

  I was pleased with the hotel. It was clean and well-placed. The weight room was as expected. It had what you need to get the job done. The breakfast was very good. It's not really walking distance of anything in particular. The downtown area is too far. Any sports stadiums are too far. But it's situated on the intersection of the roads you need to be at so you get around town whichever direction you go. I would recommend it.

  Comfortable rooms and beds and great service. Breakfast could be improved and so could the swimming pool but they have free coffee all day and that's really great

  Fairly recently renovated with modern features. Continental breakfast had decent choices. Staff was pleasant. Convenient location if you do not mind driving to get places. Room cleaning was spotty during my stay.

  The rooms were nice but bad service. One of the front desk men scolded my children for running twice but my children didn't run the second time. And he made up stories.

  Clean, comfortable rooms. Hot breakfast and coffee and tea thats available anytime. Staff is friendly and accomodating.

  I was a bit sceptic at first, but the customer service was amazing. Everyone was so nice and was a great help. They even helped us find directions to our next hotel.the breakfast food was good as well.

  Stayed here 1 night on short notice due to health issues. Had no problems even checking in at 10pm. Had a great clean room. Honestly the first thing I do in Ina hotel is flip over the matress for signs of bedbugs plus that space is usually not routinely cleaned. The space was spotless. As far as cleanliness goes it ranks with some of the higher end hotels I have stayed at.
