Friendly staff. Room very nice and clean. We always love the beds at these properties because they are so comfortable.
Our hallway was very cold however and it was cold outside so a warm hallway would've been nice. The temp in the hallway was 51. It was 40 outside.
They have ongoing remodeling, but that didn't bother us.
The free breakfast was ok. We were a little disappointed that there was no meat other than the sausage in the gravy. Most places that have a hot continental breakfast have at least one meat. Even if it's microwave sausage patties.
Also, the sign on the wall downstairs states they have a whirlpool, but they do not. They may should not advertise things they don't have on site.report this review -

The service was great, the room was amazing, we stayed for a weekend and having a toddler means having a lot of extra things, the rest space to put just about everything and still have an organized room! The pool is heated, the excersize room offers a variety of ways to get your work out in. The staff goes above and beyond to help out.

Very nice, newly decorated, room and bath. Employees welcoming and nice standard breakfast. We had no complaints, although heard some guests complain of roof leak on left side that is still under construction.

Stayed here while house hunting in Nashville. The drive was a little bit longer than we expected, but it was beautiful. Had to shorten our stay because we found what we were looking for before we even made it to the hotel! Jason at the front desk was very accommodating and understanding of our situation and cancelling our second day was not a big deal. The beds were comfy, pillows a little flat, but rooms were quiet. The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast woman (I missed her name) was on top of it! The front desk agent at checkout, however, was less than professional appearing; and spent more time talking to the breakfast woman than paying attention to the couple that wanted to check out. All in all, should I ever find myself west of Nashville again, I would stay here again.

This is the hotel I use when in town for work purposes. Alway clean and love the pillows. Breakfast is available in the morning and a lot of choices from eggs to sausage to waffles to cereal to yogurt to fresh fruit. Never had a problem and will be back.

Facility is great though had an issue with the room we reserved being under construction. Was charged the same for less quality room. Front attendant the next morning was awesome and got it all resloved while we enjoyed breakfast. I believe her name was Mrs Bennett. She provided A+ service. Would visit again cause of her customer service showing they care.

Decent hotel. Nice, clean, and comfortable rooms and beds. They do a great job with breakfast. There are plenty of food joints around for lunch and dinner.

Stayed here recently. Quiet and convenient to the interstate. I had one of the newly renovated rooms and it was very nicely decorated. Convenient place to put luggage, great outlets for all electronics. Very nice, would recommend.

I had an extremely good experience at this Hampton Inn. Easy access to Nashville and surrounding area. Previous reviews said the service was poor, however i found the staff friendly and helpful front desk. And this was when I was asking incessant questions to the desk and walking over a floor room service had just mopped on the way to the gym, hate doing that The gym was clean, however small with only three machines, and some free weights. The gym does have a sauna however. The pool area was clean and has a hot tub. The rooms we stayed in were renovated and a good size. The area was quiet at night and easy to sleep. The breakfast in the morning had a large selection of warm and continental options. All in all i would recommend this location as a very strong 3-star hotel.

We've stayed at numerous Hampton Inn's all over the country and this location was by far the WORST. The guest service representative was extremely rude and unable to answer any questions about altering our reservation. We will be making many more trips to this area for business and family purposes, but will not stay at the Dickson location ever again. I echo the complaints regarding the poor level of customer service and their inability and unwillingness to make your visit more pleasant in any way possible. The location, rooms, and facilities themselves are good, but the customer service is subpar and not what we've come to expect from this brand.

Good location with restaurants within​ walking distance. The rooms have been redone so the are clean and fresh. They have added outlets for esay charging.

Easy access, close to I-40. Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and polite. The continental breakfast was better than most. Would stay here again.

As an overnight guest, I did not notice anything bad. The room was clean - fresh linens and toiletries. The hotel is right off the highway, and there are a few restaurants nearby. This was my second stay and I have no reason to avoid staying again, and I would recommend it to others.

Had to make a pit stop on my way home from vacation and was pleasantly surprised with how polite the employees were as well as how clean the rooms are. If I had one gripe it was that it seemed the air conditioning could just not get cold enough and we had it on the lowest temperature all night long. Otherwise a great experience.
