  Love this hotel. I have to stay here once a month for work and the staff are so great, especially the 3rd shift. They care about their guests and do everything they can to make your stay pleasant. The breakfast is good and the rooms are all new and comfy.

  Terrible cigarette smell on the entire 5th floor despite the "No Smoking" signs everywhere. I have stayed in old hotels that used to allow smoking, this was worse. The smell was very fresh like their was a smoker's lounge in the hallway. Super annoying! If you have allergies or are sensitive to cigarette smoke, look elsewhere. Aside from the smell, the hotel was a standard Hampton Inn. Just didn't expect the cigarette smoke from a higher price establishment. I could've stayed at a budget motel.

  Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Rooms are clean and quiet. Has a pool and fitness room as well as free breakfast and wifi.

  I only stayed one night at Hampton Inn Coventry-Warwick. I thought my room was very clean and comfortable. I also thought the room was well insulated for sound considering that I didn't hear much noise from the other guests above, below, or around me. Overall I was happy with my stay and would consider staying there again.

  OK, so I've had to call several times for my room to get cleaned. That's complete BS that I have to even do that. The woman just changed the towels, that's it. They say because of their policies they can't move my stuff, yet all other hotels I've gone to cleaned the room and I never had to call about it. 10/10 would choose some where else. NEVER AGAIN! There's a hotel a couple of feet away from this one, go there, hopefully you have a better experience

  The rooms are very quite. Staff is nice and accomodating. There is a heated indoor pool and a hot tub. The hot tub is very nice and relaxing. The breakfast is good and plenty of food. As well as coffee all day.
