Bought thousands of dollars of furniture; including two recliners. One recliner had a seam come apart. It seems I need to bring recliner into their facility to get repair. My husband and I are in our 70's. There is no way we could even lift, let alone ever get the recliner into our vehicle. I am very disappointed. (We did move an hour and a half away.)
