It took me 53 days to get into chemotherapy.Because I was never told of 3 mandatory visits to the oncology department..was never told of Patient assistance by Halifax Hospital.I had to find out about that through phone calls around to other Oncologists office's here in Daytona.I had to have two separate biopsies.Because the first time the Doctor missed my mass 5 seperate times!! Diagnosed with cancer 11/16/2017 my first chemotherapy treatment was on 1/08/2018!!! What can I say..oh it took 49 days to get my cancer staged!!!
