I always enjoy my experience here. Between Olga and Natalie who could ask for more in a spa. As soon as you walk in the main door, the catering begins. Olga has warm greetings and provides excellent customer service. Natalie is beyond outstanding and makes a massage a true escape. Thank you both for being so kind and making every trip I have here great.

Absolutely amazing. We were waited on hand and foot. This place has it all. Great friendly staff,Mimosas,Hot tubs, saunas and I had the best massage in my life. Best experience ever.

This place was horrific! The nail tech cut two of my cuticles on my toes (ON BOTH FEET) I though she just pushed them too far down but no! Then she left polish all on my toes. When I went somewhere else to have them fixed and they took the polish off, OMG, my toes looked like someone tool a hatchet to them. I should have known something was wrong when my toes burned when I got in the shower. I will never go back and I hope nobody else does. I didn't pay!! BAD BAD BAD BAD!

Wow, was I blown away! This is truly a day spa with all the amenities! I am tired of going to a day spa only to sit and wait in a lobby for a massage and then be sent on my way immediately after. They have a hot tub, sauna, steam room in the ladies lounge area. They're is another hot tub out by the huge pool. We were told about a heated pool at the hotel if we wanted to use it but we were fine staying in the lounge. Lunch was brought to us on a lovely tray from the restaurant. Lockers were available to keep our belongings safe. I just can't get over how wonderful this experience was. We will definitely be back!
