  Just dropped my 2016 Street Glide off for the 5000 mile service the service representative was kind and courteous and informative my only issue is with Harley Davidson itself found out why my Sirius XM Radio does not work you need to buy an extra receiver for $400 I believe most vehicles already come satellite radio ready what the Dickens

  5 hours from home made a stop in was not pleased at all they do not offer hog members any discounts military or anything I feel like the owner wants the harley name but not to make the people that keep the lights on feel welcomed sales also not very kind my husband and I have traveled to many harleys we will definitely not be returning to this one
