Why didn't I find this place before? All the staff members were so kind and helpful. Jezabel listened to what I wanted and quickly caught it. She trimmed my hair with deft fingers while conversing with me. The result was better than I wanted. I love my hair! Thank you, Jezabel!! :)

I was so nervous about getting my haircut today! Not only was this the first time going to Haircut 101 but I also went with a shorter cut. Miranda did such an awesome job and put my mind at ease. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did such an awesome job. Miranda was so pleasant and professional. Thank you!

Best haircut I have had in years, and all I did was show my hairdresser a picture of what I had in mind. This place looks great aesthetically, and they even sell organic shampoos, conditioners, and curl builders! I'm definitely coming back.

Made an appointment for Thursday and got a call an hour beforehand that my stylist hadn't come into work and I would need to reschedule. Rescheduled for Tuesday where a different stylist didnt come in to work and my stylist is now doing her job instead while I wait, so far more than half an hour, for her to finish. However, the stylist I wound up seeing and the receptionist were generally very accommodating and made up for the inconvenience

My daughter was married on May 12th, 2017 in Banner Elk, NC. We called 4 weeks in advance and scheduled services for the bride, 4 bridesmaids, 2 flower girls, and mothers of the bride and groom. They did a fabulous job on every single person. The bride had hair and makeup done that day and she looked like she just stepped out of a magazine when she left. Not only did they make sure everyone looked gorgeous, they were so accommodating and kind. They took care of our every need. I highly recommend their services.

Absolutely love this place! Staff is exceptional. My partner and I always ask for Miranda, who is awesome and does fantastic work, but in the rare event she's not around we have always had good experiences with other stylists. The receptionist, Brittany, is so nice and always smiling. The whole salon runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommend Haircut 101!

I go to school here and am not from around here. In desperate need of a haircut I googled good hair salons in Boone and came across haircut 101. I made an appointment with Jezebel and I am beyond happy with my hair. The salon is beautiful and Jezebel was amazing to work with and made me feel so comfortable. I will 100% book my next appointment here with her!

This is the BEST place to get your hair done in Boone. Everyone is so friendly and the stylists are amazing. I personally always go to Ellie because she has always done a wonderful job on my hair! I would recommend this place to everyone I know!

I just walked into the best haircut of my life! Very welcoming staff from the moment you enter! I highly recommend John - he delivered exactly what I wanted (which for me, has NEVER happened in my long, long list of haircuts and styles). He was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable! He gave me tips and product recommendations that I will be using from now until forever! Best experience - worth every penny and then some!
