Second bad experience here. Thought the first time might have been just one of those things. Not the case. Neither "stylist" listened to what was being asked of them and when they could see the displeasure on my face, their attitude went from bad to worse. You're better off doing the cut yourself.

I had the exact same experience as someone else, I went in for a straight all the same length bob (collar bone length), and it came out as something so uneven and gapped in the back, I had layers as short as 3 inches, ( going in I had 26 inches of hair) I had to make an appointment some where else to have it fixed immediately. I even had a picture of the bob front and back but still came out with a cut that brought me to tears, please do your hair a favor and go anywhere but here.

Asked for a simple straight hair cut and ended up with a uneven Bob cut that I did not ask for. When I pointed this out she said that everyone gets a Bob cut now a days. Well now I'm having to cut 4 not inches off just to get it straight.

Didn't listen to my daughter at all. I ended up with an upset child with less than a half inch of hair cut. The guy working there even kept blasting her in the face with the hair dryer more than he cut or styled her hair. In the end a horrible experience that should have been different.

I was able to the get the hairstyle I love in a crunch! I came in to see Kia. Not only did she cut my hair in a timely fashion but she also got the style I was going for while helping me with the decisions I was unsure about. Love it. If you go in you must request her

I get my hair cut here all time they have great cosmetologists who are good at their trade. I would recommend them to anyone here in town.
