After recently moving here from New Mexico, I have to say this food was pretty good. It's certainly not New Mexican quality, but it has a really good taste, good portions, and a pretty decent menu. They need a little help working on their salsa for their chips, but it's bearable for the true New Mexican and certainly good food.

The food was good, I was just disappointed with how much our server mixed up our tickets. It was ridiculous having to tell her over and over again who got what. I know it was busy so I hope it was just that because she was really nice overall. I'm extremely glad we made a reservation. It was packed.

Generally this place is decent. Went there last night and received the worst service I've ever had. The waiter took 10 mins to acknowledge us, which isn't to bad, but he wasn't busy. We ordered our food instantly because I had a feeling it would be awhile till we would see him again. During our wait for our food there was an older group on the deck that received their food but didn't get silverware, I saw them come in, request silverware and about 5 mins later had to come in and request it again. AnywayWe waited about an hour and a half from the time we got to our seats without any food. All the while the wait staff were laughing and joking in the corner. We walked out.

My husband and I just had the worst service we've ever had here. The food was amazing as always, but our server was terrible. He acted like he couldn't get us out the door fast enough. We wanted dessert, but was never asked and with his attitude, my husband told me "Let's just go. We'll get something somewhere else." I really wanted to cream straws too!! Really disappointed in the service today. This is our favorite Hacienda too.

The Taco Salad is really good at Hacienda. I have never eaten anything other than that but the atmosphere is fun and the service is normally pretty good. All around a good place to eat.

With all the Mexican Restaurants in Warsaw, IN, you would think they would try to be more customer service oriented. We go to Hacienda in Warsaw mainly because we love the Table-side Guacamole. Last night we were told that they were out of avocados. What? A Mexican restaurant is out of avocados early on a Saturday evening? (6:00 PM). In place of our favorite, we were offered a small dish of guacamole that had been prepared that morning. Not even close to the table-side experience.

When the manager came around to see how everything was, she was told we were upset that they were out of avocados and we could not get what we came there for - the table-side guacamole. Her response was "yeah, I don't know what happened". . Really?
A good manager would have sent someone to local grocery stores to purchase all of the avocados needed for the rest of the weekend. Customer service is clearly not a priority at The Warsaw Hacienda.

Unhappy longtime customers for sure.

I used the convenient website to order our dinner tonight for my wife and myself. We work at a local factory, and it only takes 5 minutes to get there. I ordered at 6:20, and scheduled my pick up for 7:30. I was there promptly at 7:30 and had to wait. At 7:48, I asked for a manager for a refund, when she came up, she said they were packaging it, and she would give me free chips and salsa, and give me 50 percent off. Needless to say, I had no chips, my meal hasn't been comped yet, and I was late getting back to the factory. I will never order there again, and I will be calling the general manager.

Enjoyable surroundings where my family enjoys gathering. There are food selections for everyone. Service has always been extra friendly, timely and in good order. If there is any problem or need at this place you won't have any problem at all getting help to resolve it quickly.

Taco bell has better food. Salsa is made from a thick unseasoned tomato sauce and red pepper. No onions or..salt. thought chimichanga would be safe. Nope. Taco bell has it beat Mexican pizza. Similar product but bland. Don't waste your time. Last time I try it.

We were seated in the bar. Our server dropped off salsa and menus without greeting us. He then delivered salsa to another table and greeted them. He took their drink order and walked past our table. We left the bar and sat in a different section. We waited an additional 10 minutes before being served.

We received zero refills of our drinks, chips or salsa and rude service. From other reviews this seems to be becoming the new norm from a restaurant that I use to love eating at.
