  Worst customer experience I've ever had. Unfriendly, rude, and lazy. On top of that, It took 20mins for a milkshake that was all watery. Andre the manager wouldn't replace it. Called and spoke to Jay, so immature and only says tough luck and hangs up. Not a good representation of your business code.

  Slow service. They ignore you. Would I go back? Absolutely no. . Something I can never tolerate is bad service and attitude. The ice cream was good but expensive. I had better ice cream at Carvel for example.

  What type of ice cream store closes at 9:15 ( Cold Stone Is 10:00pm).
