I honestly can't say many good things about this gym.
Upon filling out the waiver (which took almost 10 minutes and a photo ID) I was asked a series of probing questions about why I came to the gym.
I told the man that I had been practicing parkour for over 11 years and that I had met the owner once when he came to Baltimore where I used to own my own parkour gym. I was coming by the gym to check it out and get some training in.
I was then told that the gym doesn't associate with anyone or any orgaization who associates with any other parkour organization in the area.
I told him that I associate with many people in many areas both within the parkour community and within fitness, but do not have an allegiance to any, which is true.
He asked what I do for work, and I said that I'm a personal trainer and have applied for several positions at other gyms around Baltimore where I live.
I was then asked to leave the facility and never come back.

Never in my life have I ever felt as unwelcome and had that amount of hostility, susspicion, and animosity directed at me by a business or someone working a desk.
The place looked cool enough from what I could see from the interrogation room they call a front desk, but that's just about the only thing good I can say about it.
How they have a rating above 3 stars I'll never know.response / report this review -

Only gave them one star so that I could write a review. HORRIBLE customer service!!! No one greeted us as the front desk, so we entered to look for someone.was then “escorted” out of the activity area. Only to be left standing at the front desk while the staff member just continued to ignore us. SAVE YOUR MONEY & YOUR TIME. Patronize facilities that understand, its customers that keep you in business

I am so happy I found Family Photo Studio for our maternity shoot. It was a very last minute booking and Mr Nate Love accommodated all of our needs for the perfect pictures. He had the perfect poses for us and they all looked so nice, even before any editing. I will most definitely be coming back in a few months after my daughter arrives, his professionalism and work ethic were amazing, prices are very reasonable, and I recommend anyone looking for a photoshoot to go to Family Photo Studio. My friends and family will definitely be steered in his direction. My fiance and I love finding local businesses to work with instead of "Known franchises" . Feels more personal!!! Thanks again Nate Love, we'll be seeing you soon.

Took my four-year-old. COULD NOT GET HIM OFF THE TRAMPOLINE! He absolutely loved it, and, I got a work out trying to keep up with him! Great place, and Lewis was very helpful and accommodating.

This place is incredible! Great coaches work with every experience level and go at your pace. Great comradery among everyone involved. Great facility that is growing, and great prices! Highly recommend!
