  I love this H&M the fact that I found the most cutest dress ever ! *Last one* the color was perfect ! Fabric was amazing for the summer & it fit perfectly 😍😍😍 had to write a review because I'm so happy !

  I ordered online and when it was time to checkout I see they had my old address on file so I made sure to click on send to different address. When I got the confirmation order email I saw my old address was still used I was so upset I immediately called to change this and was told my husband had to call since it was his name on the account.so I had my husband call no less than 2 minutes after to be told they could not help us that the order was already sent.😑 I've never heard of an order being shipped in that short of a time frame and they made no attempt whatsoever to help.the girl I spoke to was very lazy and rude this is by far the worse customer service I've ever gotten and I will never purchase from here again.
