I had this place do both front windows, and the brow. So far both windows are peeling in different areas. The brow is the only window done correctly.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had a remote starter that didn't come from and wasn't installed by H&H, but I didn't want to drive 45 minutes to get it looked at by the guys that did. H&H got me in QUICK, fixed it QUICK and sent me on my way. SUPER HAPPY!

Awesome guys, Paul is awesome to work with and always there to help with questions. I have been taking cars to them for 5 years. They have tinted 6 cars for me, installed remote starts and touch screens in them as well. Great prices and awesome customer service. Highly recommended.

I have been here several times to tint my car's windows and highly advise anyone looking for tint to try some place else. While the audio installer has always been nice and greets you when you arrive, the tint guy, Eric, couldn't be more opposite. Eric is moody and rude. He never says hello or "how may I help you" and he certainly never thanks you for your business. It is almost like he hates his job. I had my windows tinted here and he left lots of felt or dirt in the windows. I brought the car back and he was rude and was almost acting like it was my fault he did a bad job. He never apologized and when I said I wanted to bring it in on a Saturday, he barked, "no, it has to be during the week and I need the car all day!" After I said no to that, we settled on a time two weeks in the future, which WAS a Saturday. It snowed several days before I brought the car in and the car was dirty. I dropped off the car without incident before 9 am and the audio guy called at 3:30 and said the car was done. I washed the car several days later and it looks like nothing was done. The same particles are still in the windows. This place was a little bit cheaper than other places I called, but your time is worth something. Lesson learned. I have another car that needs tint and it will not be coming here.

Simple speaker install, but a few complaints:
- They "Just could not figure out the steering wheel control interface" Well that is probably because they took off the radio and stole it hoping I wouldn't look at the wiring myself I guess. Only a $40 part.. but why lie and then steal it?
- Had an appointment at 11 am, but was pushed behind 4 other customers and car was not done until 6pm. Sloppy amateur install I could have done the same or better. Broke the clip on my remote wire to amp as well so it has to be tapes on now thanks guys!!
- No quote on price and then tried to bill over $350 for a crap install, and used $50 box.
There are much better, cheaper, and more honest audio shops in Kansas city. Don't fall victim to these guys, or at least don't leave valuable in the car.

I called ahead to have an out dated Viper alarm system removed from my Mustang. The staff at H & H delivered excellent service promptly as as agreed upon. I would return again and recommend giving them a try. Good job!!

I had gone to best buy and was told they couldn't help. So I went to this place . They installed a speaker that needed rewiring. These guys got the job done & for less money! They also did a fantastic job adding tint to my son's truck.

Great experience! Quiet little shop, amazing customer service. I had no idea what was wrong with my car audio, they fixed it no problem with absolutely no runaround. Now I tell everyone about them.
