Do not stay here. What a rip off. Poor customer service, poorly cleaned rooms, and unhappy employees. Don't waste your money with this awful place.

Beds are awesome rooms are nice pillows are awful recomend bringing ur own or buying one from fredys accross the street.

Great location and great price. Just off of the highway which made it easy to get places. Also really close to shopping and restaurants. Great continental breakfast with waffles, toast, muffins, cereal, coffee and juice. We brought our 8 month old son with us and they provided us with a pack and play for him to sleep in.

I am surprised to be giving so many stars to a Motel immediately adjacent to busy hwy 5. But my ground floor room was surprisingly quiet even during the day. The rooms are pragmatically appointed. My favorite feature was three switches inside the entrance to the room that turned on lights in the room. All three worked and I was actually able to see as I loaded in. Place is clean and no frills. Not a lot of extra room in a dual queen room so maybe ask for a King unless that means going upstairs where traffic noise is probably an issue. Also suction in the bathroom vent is robust and quiet. Also beds and pillows are comfy.

The room itself was fine, just as we were expecting. The check-in was delayed by slightly over an hour because our room had not yet been cleaned. Provided breakfast was adequate. We were expecting just cereal and muffins but they had eggs and sausage patties as well, which was nice. Hotel is very close to the freeway, which made travel very easy.

The room and hotel were great value for the cost. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was rather comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly good. I've had some terrible hotel breakfasts. I would stay here again.

They have all the accommodation of home, which that's how the staff made you feel when you first walk in the door and even had fresh from the oven "hot" cookies. Laundry room, a hot tub. Very well priced. It was too bad that I only stayed for one night. Oh yes, their continental breakfast is better then Denny's (cheaper tooshhh). My next i journey up north I will make it a point to stay a few extra days, to even venture around Bellingham. Very good experience. Rick

Rooms are pretty scummy and sketchy. Other guest were rude, and continental breakfast is not great. Definitely will not stay here again.

Very nice very clean much more than you would expect at the price. Very comfortable bed and linens. Good fridge and microwave.
I don't like the pillows my wife loves them. Same type pillows I have not been able to sleep with in Hilton and Sheraton hotels so she must be right.
Other than that very comfortable and convenient, a little noisier than some places. Hot tub not available and that would be nice.response / report this review -

Worst service at any hotel I've ever stayed at. Our room was not ready an hour and a half after check-in time. Hotel "staff" told us she'd been checking in other guests ahead of us. She then told us she couldn't tell us when our room would be ready. She also would not allow us to cancel because we'd used a third party booking site. Rude, Unprofessional, no customer service skills, bad attitude, no help whatsoever.
