Very helpful staff. I had lived in Elk Grove Village and moved to Missouri so when my mom passed away, Grove Memorial was so helpful doing arrangements over the phone. I would recommend them for their helpfullness and support.

Albert Jordan and Dave were excellent. They took the best care of my mom and they were kind and patient. They helped us all the way from getting my mom from home all the way to making her look beautiful in her beautiful casket and taking her carefully to her final resting place,. I highly recommend Grove Memorial Chapel I received excellent service from everyone.

The staff at Grove Memorial Chapel were so accommodating with regard to my wishes for the cremation of my husband, Brent. Dave helped me through the the initial process and was totally fine with my desire to just take the ashes home when they returned to Grove from the crematorium. We talked about the hospice experience I had and he made me feel totally at ease.
Jordyn and the rest of the staff stayed in touch, and let me know that they were willing to help with any of the follow up process for legal assistance I might need.
The text messages on the one month anniversary and Brent's birthday in December were very touching and appreciated.
Do not hesitate to call Grove Memorial for any reason with regard to a loved one's passing. In this time of depersonalized business, they are a comfort in a time of great need.response / report this review -

My mother passed away a few months ago. I want to share how the people at Grove Memorial helped us through a very challenging time. Even though my mother demanded a direct cremation without a service, there were still many details that needed to be handled. The people at Grove Memorial managed every detail with the utmost professionalism, efficiency, care and respect. Dave and Albert always answered numerous questions and concerns promptly, and with genuine kindness. Everyone extended compassion and understanding while we were in a weakened state and helped us fulfill our mother's wishes with ease. They offered guidance and support without any pressure or sales pitches. They know the business well and their years of experience and expertise was crystal clear in the seamless, hassle-free handling of the all the details. We were confident our mother was being cared for with respect and dignity. My family and I felt comforted and at peace throughout the entire experience. Tony, Terry and their staff are an invaluable asset to our community and we are very grateful to them for their dedication and service.
