I have worked for this company and have seen first-hand how the guys at Group ISO are doing things the RIGHT way. They are honest, dedicated, experienced, and most of all, extremely trustworthy. Their customer service is second-to-none and they will work with you to give you the best rates, quick approval and notify you of any discrepancies or problems. If you have a question, you can call them up and get it handled immediately.
I am always one to support small businesses instead of corporations and these guys really do treat you as part of their family (they care about your business just as much as you do). They've been around for 30 years for a reason. If you need a merchant service provider, I highly recommend Group ISO!response / report this review -

So happy to finally leave a review. Paul Carr has been very consistent and attentive when informing me about his products. Paul explained the benefits and services. I felt educated and comfortable to move forward with group iOS merchant services. Thank you Paul for reaching out to me and giving value to this amazing company. Worked with Paul to gather information about their services and how they would benefit my company. After a lot of research (and hesitation), we decided to go with Group ISO. Glad we did! The setup of our account went flawlessly and we are enjoying savings of hundreds of dollars per month compared to what we were paying our previous provider.

My sales rep, Rosalyn, is amazing! She handles all my requests promptly and efficiently. Group ISO is great! I'm so glad I switched away from our other credit card processor.

I actually read the previous reviews prior to writing this so as a consumer I will keep a close look at how I am treated moving forward. However, up until now the experience I have had was basically flawless. My point of contact was/is Rosalyn, and she is great to work with. I am very busy during the day so I tend to lean towards emails as a primary means of contact. She never missed one, and I am extremely detailed oriented and she handled every single question and concern with class and true professionalism. Never made me feel as if I were "bothering" her, and she made me feel like she actually cared. She is the perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. Honestly, I don't know why she even works at this company I would give her my business in a heartbeat solely on having the comfort of knowing she was in my corner! I am in a high risk vertical so I was not approved by every bank, but she worked with me throughout each attempt like it was the first. And ultimately, I was not able to get approved for c.c processing, but she was able to get me a form of ach acceptance which I am actively using. The company they set me up with is also top notch with customer service. The interactions I had communicating with them to set up all the integrations and understanding how their platform works was also a great experience. So it wasn't like I just had a great consumer experience with Rosalyn and when they handed me off things went to hell. The other company definitely picked up where Rosalyn left off. I have never written a review ever, but I gotta admit, it was well deserved. Oh and good luck to the Anaheim Ducks I hope I got that right.. lmao
