They did let me return an item with no problem. One thing I noticed on the receipt, some items were non-returnable, they don't tell you that when you purchase it. Good thing we wanted those items.

I love this store. They are lighting problem solvers. I'm not an electrician but they share all the little tips and techniques to help me solve my problems and answer my problems.

Over priced and unless you want to spend a lot of money with them the service is very poor. This is the last place I will do business for lighting or electrical needs.
