My experience with Groome has always been excellent. I use it 3 to 4 times a year when I come to visit my son in Georgia. I'm from Ontario. I get a shuttle from the airport to Macon and back. Saves my son so much of his time and gas having to pick me up and take me back to the airport. Service has always been great. Even if I have a reservation and my flight is early I have always been aĺlowed to get on an earlier van. All drivers have been excellent. Would recommend Groome to anyone.

I have used Groome many times and been well satisfied. I would, however, like to suggest an app to be able to change a booking, especially if a flight in Atlanta arrives early or late and you need to make sure the driver expects you. So far, I have called when I arrived and been able to reach someone.

Groome chooses SUPER drivers. I have ridden with Groome for nearly a decade, and ALWAYS like the drivers~! Why only 4 stars? I wish for more comfortable seats like the old vans! The current seats are not deep enough to support your thighs completely, and in general, the seats are stiff. It's just the newer vans, look great, but no one asked me, a seasoned traveler, what kind of seats work for the best for comfort, before they bought a fleet of them!! Could someone in management actually sit in one for a 2 hour commute?! Otherwise, LOVE GROOME~! Smiles, Nancy

Groome is the way to travel. What's better than having someone drop you off at your gate. There is no hassle of finding a parking place, paying for parking while you are traveling , and most of all getting you luggage from where you parked to airline check in. I highly recommend Groome. It is reasonable, relaxing, and you meet some great people.

Groome Transportation is a reliable and safe means of travel to and from the airport. Their drivers are professional and courteous. They maintain a 24/7 schedule and have alternate pick-up/drop off locations. When attending events in Atlanta I use Groome to go to airport and get on Marta (Atlanta public transportation) to keep from having too deal with the traffic and parking issues.

Receptionists and drivers are very professional and helpful. They provide you with specific departure and arrival times. Love the website to schedule my trips and assurance that a seat is available once a reservation is made. SO DEPENDABLE!!!!

Reliable and courteous. Felt safe. Good drivers and clean comfortable vehicle. Sure beats driving back and forth to Tampa and parking at the airport. Especially if the trip is a week or longer.

This service offers many trips between Warner Robins and the Atlanta airportmaking it convenient for travellers. I even feel comfortable leaving my vehicle at their facility rather than driving to the airport and leaving it in the parking garages. My recent return trip was most memorable the passengers were all in light-hearted moods, even though room was made to accommodate extra passengers who had their flights delayed, therefore, missing their scheduled returns to Macon and Warner Robins. The friendly banter among the passengers was filled with humor and our driver (Dexter) joined right in. By far it was the MOST PLEASURABLE Groome trip I have ever experienced. I hope in the future this friendliness can be repeated thank you fellow passengers on the 7/24, 8 p.m. bus and Dexter.for the perfect ending to my awesome weekend!!!

The lady at the office was wonderful. But the driver needs customer service skills.
1. He never introduced himself
2. He did not instruct passengers to buckle up
3. He did not offer to assist ladies as they entered or exited the van
4. I initially had $5 for tip but as the ride proceeded to the airport it ended up being zero!!!
He needs training and I am writing this review in hopes that he receives customer service training so that he will do a better job.

Excellent shuttle service from Macon GA to Atlanta International Airport. Our driver was professional and courteous and drove everyone safely to the airport in plenty of time for our flights. The shuttle price was reasonable considering the hassle you are able to avoid by having someone else do the driving.

Would not recommend this company to anyone! They are a great example of what minimum wage gets you. I have been riding them a couple of time a week off and on for a year and there is always an issue that lately seems to be getting worse. There is no point in making a reservation if. 1) you book 20 people for a 10 seat van. 2) You are unwilling to refund someone for their trip when you overbook. 3) The driver says an emailed confirmation doesn't matter if you are not on his sheet.
If you want to deal with ignorance and incompetence this is the place to call.

Groome has been a go to service since attending college in Atlanta. I have used the service as a college student and later when traveling. The drivers were always polite and prompt.

Quick, smooth ride. I missed my return Groome, but they let you fill in extra seats on the next if you had a reservation with a previous Groome. Definitely a safe and more affordable alternative than driving to the airport and paying for your car to be parked there. I will recommend Groome for any that have to leave their cars to fly.
