  They made a super awful situation much more palatable. Everyone on the staff is extremely friendly, the owner couldn't have been any nicer. Had an issue with some missing items and he was kind enough to reimburse me on the spot instead of telling me to kick rocks. Will call for any towing needs in the future I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a tow.

  If your a commercial company beware! There is a lovely lady in the office who works with clients on invoicing. We sent some checks in that never arrived that we did not realize were sent to an old address for the company. The owner calls our company multiple times a day screaming and yelling, using profanity because he was not paid. Now these invoice were not very old, aging no more than 60 days but we sent checks in (see pic below of returned checks). The owner decides to hire a collection company who has an investigator that wants to come out and do an audit of our inventory. He broke so many collection laws, that I have gotten with my attorney on the matter and may sue them. Once the collections company got involved we were able to send the returned checks from the mail to show we paid and show inaccuracies in their billing. Beware, their towing bills are outrageous, over $500.00 just to tow. As a business owner, I know not to treat my clients like that.

  Predatory towing company. Towed my car from my own lot at 3am for tags that were expired for one day. Had renewed two days prior and stickers were in the mail.

  I have been taking my 2004 International truck to these guys for service for a few years, their rates are less than the International Stealership across town, and they have always been able to find the problems and fix them quickly.

  PLEASE GO AROUND THIS LOCATION.
  Very aggressive and unprofessional team. I newer saw such disrespect.
  I called them asking to inspect my truck. They did.
  I got my estimate. 5900$ for a 4000$ job. but because my truck was there and towing was expensive i said ok.
  I paid 2000$ down. today they requested 4100$ not 3900$ balance.
  I said ok, now they change the rules again and requested CASH. AT 4:30 PM FRIDAY!!!! Im in Chicago. i ask for one h time frame so I can go TO THE BANK and get a cashier EFS check. They said no. and hung up again the phone on me. Now they asked 2000$ cash more instead of down payment and it still was not reversed. Now they left and my laoded truck stay on there and delivery will be late too. I am gonna sue them for harrasment. A pure nightmare. PLEASE KEEP YOURSELF OUT.

  This company will rip you off for towing prices. I got into an accident and had to have my car towed and the cops called for these guys to come out and tow it. I was charged $500 for towing in total including a $150 storage fee for 2 days. Funny thing about the storage fee is the guy that said he was towing me said they wouldn't charge that storage fee. I was towed only 3-4 miles too.

  Been around frederick for a long time family owed , blue collar ,serving the best . Charlie did a great job . Vervy professional, For heavy towing . And straight forward . Other companys that are new to area were to pricey.

  My husband was going thru Frederick MD on business. He was driving a 35 foot box truck & broke down on the highway on a Fri. evening. Being unfamiliar to the area we resorted to the internet and called on Grimm's Automovation. It was a shot in the dark, but the out come was great. Dale was not only very pleasant to work with but was also knowledgeable in his profession and did not believe in taking any short cuts. Last but not least I want to mention the fact that he could have raped a person in this position. He was honest and fair.Thanks again to Dale and his staff for a job well done, Robbin, David, Kevin & Dustin
