The massages are fairly good; but the pricing with all of their services is all over the place. There are multiple conflicting places online from their website to facebook and then when you call you will get a new price as well as when you pay. When you phone, it seems that the employees are equally confused about what the services are and what they cost.

The nail services are not spa quality at all. It appears there is only the one nail tech who uses equipment that appears dirty. The technique was not good either. We would not recommend any of the nail services. I plan to try more of the massage services as so far this seems to be their actual expertise.

It was my first time getting a massage and my husband and I went for a 30 minute couples massage - we didn't know what to expect, but the experience was fantastic! Frank and Patricia were extremely professional. They explained everything and because it was only 30 minutes, got right to work on all the kinks and knots. The spa is lovely - everything was clean and relaxing, and the high ceilings make you feel like you're in a special oasis. Great atmosphere, lovely people, wonderful massage. I've been in and out of physical therapy for my neck / shoulders for almost two years - and in 30 minutes, Frank made my neck feel like new!

Patricia is a dedicated, knowledgeable, licensed massage practitioner. I was very pleased with the 90 minute deep tissue session. I would highly recommend My Red Bow to anyone who requires therapeutic work.

I will be looking into the low-impact dance classes soon and see how those work out.

I have become a regular at My Red Bow. I arrive achy and stressed, but leave very relaxed and revived. Pat provides an excellent deep tissue massage. She is able to find the "kinks" that accumulate from sitting at a computer all day and makes them disappear. It is a very friendly and comfortable experience. I highly recommend providing yourself some time from your busy schedule to relax your body and mind. I can’t thank you enough Pat!!!
