I have long been a loyal customer to Roots and Shoots. Their attention to detail was second to none. Since the shop has changed to Griffin's, it has been very disappointing. I ask for a funky/eclectic vase and get a plain old vase. I ask that to please tie a piece of ribbon around the vase (my signature), and it arrives without ribbon. Flowers were supposed to be ready for pickup at a specific time, but were not ready. It is now time to find a new florist.

If you are looking for a trustworthy, caring floristyou have just found them! We live in Arkansas and ordered a Mother's day corsage over the phone, just trusting that it would be a classy corsage and delivered on time. The corsage was lovely, and the shop cared enough to try to deliver 4 TIMES! Luckily, the 4th time was the charm! Mom had her corsage for Mother's day thanks to the persistant delivery folk at Roots and Shoots. Mission complete.
