Took my car for oil change and tire rotation.Told them to check brakes n rotors ,car shimmying,told me nothing wrong.Took it back 2 weeks later,they're not sure if it's front or back rotors,they can be turned,and told me id need new brakes $300 front $ 300 for back ,but they're not sure which so "600 For noth.Really,you cost me my time for your not checking the first time,they admitted they never test drove,you're certified mechanics,really.Wemt to Community Chevy to trade it,I was the second customer that day buying from another dealer due to your not caring.Will never buy there or go back

My experience with the team at Griffin Motors is always positive. The hometown care they give from the first moment you enter the service department is the best I have experienced from any dealership.

It is worth noting that the hometown care is not just limited to the services at the dealership, it is what they do. The hometown commitment can be seen throughout the community whether it is the sponsorship of a community event, youth sports, or involvement on a community volunteer board.
