I f****** hate car shopping. I felt good after talking to these guys.

Best price in the area by far, and best warranty I can find in the area.

If they take care of me during the life of the vehicle the way they did during the sales process, I don't think I will shop anywhere else. But I really f****** hate car shopping

I love this Toyota dealer! Their customer service center "Rocks"!
I had an engine light issue on the highway, called them and they
told me to come in and they would look at it. Turns out the problem was not what it seemed. They noticed I needed a state inspection and oil change and took care of that as well. They even drove me to work and THEN, dropped the car off when it was finished and I was able to pay for it over the phone. Talk about convenience!! Very strongly recommend to anyone who drives a Toyota!

I would not recommend this dealership for sales or service. If you decide to buy a Toyota, shop around for your best deal and ignore the so called freebies PT offers. Their only purpose is to get you into the service department.
As for the service department, before you let them do ANY work that is not covered by warranty, shop other providers, compare the prices quoted for Toyota parts at Palmiero with what you can easily find on the internet offered by major Toyota dealers who do volume online. Beyond this, you will find that high quality aftermarket parts such as lifetime exhaust, suspension and brake parts are available from independents for much lower prices.
As for labor, again, comparison shop our areas excellent independent garages, and you will be delighted with how much cash you can save and how well you will be treated by knowledgeable Toyota experienced folks who understand how hard it is to make ends meet and what customer service really means.

WARNING Avoid being talked into add-ons if you are foolish enough to buy a car here, you might void your warranty and you are definitely paying too much for what you get, shop instead at many of the fine independent add-on sellers in Crawford County.

We bought our Tundra from Palmiero and we loved working with Michelle! she was easy to work with and made the whole experience less stressful! When we picked the truck up she took the time to help us with connecting our phone up and getting all the app set up.Will definitely work with Michelle again!!! I'm in the market for an older Toyota 4Runner, and this dealership was one of the few within hundreds of miles of me that had the configuration I wanted. Being 4.5 hours away, I wanted to be certain that this was the vehicle I wanted before making the drive out there. I emailed sales asking for pictures of specific items, and Kayla Carson responded within a couple hours with everything I requested, and then some. She absolutely went above and beyond in assisting me and in being transparent on the condition of the vehicle. I decided to go with a different vehicle, but I don't want her excellentness to go unnoticed.

We bring our Toyotas here for recalls(if there is one! ) and I'm always impressed by the excellent service receiving area and the speedy way at which the work needed is scheduled and you are back out the door. Wonderful selection of Toyota vehicles as well.
