This should be a five star review, just a little concerned. My only comments are NOT a negative regarding Gresham Advanced Dentistry, I have been well cared historically. Thanks to Nancy, I have been a patient for 10 plus years, Dr. Kwan took excellent care of me. My recent visit was my first time back since the practice changed hands. The dental hygienist seemed kind, and knew her craft, but I could not understand most of what she said, and there was a constant banter, about.whatever. I know some people still wear masks, that's ok, but if you use a mask, please speak up! After Xrays, which were not shared with me, a very polite Doctor came in, he was pleasant, he said "Hi" and went to work with his exam and proposed treatment. I am assuming it was the new ownerI think. There was no introduction, perhaps, something like"Hi, I'm Dr. Hanset, nice to meet you. Dr. Kwan has moved on, and I thank you for your loyalty to his practice, and I look forward to getting to know you and caring for you"or some kind of an introduction.
I am returning for the proposed treatment, and I hope to have a chance to introduce myself to Dr. Hanset. In all fairness, he was very pleasant, he knows his stuff, I felt safe and very pleased with the overall results. Thanks, Doctor, I will see you again soon. Jim

Dr Hanset was skilled and was considerate how I was doing. He repaired a toothe with a new crown. I have been a patient for at least 5 years or more. His staff is friendly, kind, caring and his assistants our passionate about teeth. He has state of the art technology and makes every effort to make your experience as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this dentistry.

I have been coming to Gresham Advanced Dentistry when it was Dr. Kwon’s office ever since I moved to Gresham in 2017. The staff at the office has always been very pleasant and professional. My dental hygienist, Camille, is absolutely wonderful! She explains everything beforehand, and is very detail oriented. She does perfect job cleaning my teeth and amazingly remembers our previous conversations and things we both share about our families. I have met Dr. Isaac Hanset now twice and highly recommend him and trust on him all my dental needs.

After a previous horrific experience with dental care. There is no comparison! A very friendly, caring, and compassionate, surrounding. So much better then I ever anticipated! I could not be more thankful then to have found such an exceptional dental care office. Thank you all at Gresham Advanced Dentistry for making it a great experience!

I had a couple of fillings done by Dr. Isaac Hanset and really appreciated his gentleness and care throughout the whole experience. He and his team did an excellent job checking in on how I was feeling the entire time, made adjustments along the way to keep me comfortable and even called to check in after the appointment. I also appreciated how they took the time to really explain not only what they were doing, but why it needed to be done, so I felt very informed every step of the way. This team definitely goes above and beyond, and although dental work is never exactly fun, I felt like I was in great hands the entire time.
