Worst residential landscaping company in the area. If I could give them an equivalent of zero stars I would. Their service teams are inconsistent and often do not show up to perform maintenance per the contract however, The Greenery will still charge you for services not rendered. Do not waste your money with this over priced, lack luster company for residential landscaping needs.

I spent thousands of dollars to have my yard updated after Hurricane Matthew, including The Greenery installing irrigation to assure proper watering. As would normally happen, a few plants died (not significant $$), but I was told that, unless they maintain the plants, there is no warranty. Not exactly the service I would have expected.

Frustrated beyond belief! When you call, there is nobody human to take it and you get directed to a menu that doesn't get you where you want to go. Does anyone work there anymore answering phones? The only way to get to where you want to go is to know the three digit number for the person you're calling. Their on-line directory isn't accurate. Not very customer friendly, Greenery!!

I was so excited to select The Greenery as my residential landscaper based upon past reviews and their reputation. Sadly the customer service and turn around times for answering simple questions or to even give out estimates for work were horrible. They couldn't even respond with email to say when they could answer my emails even after reading them hours or days earlier. I can NOT recommend the Beaufort area team at all that handles the Bluffton SC area.

Just lovely. The layout and variety of plants there is mind blowing. You must visit their hot house. The pitcher plant was my favorite. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We are ordering plants to be sent to us at home.
