Great service department and friendly people that work here. I always have my 2007 F-150 serviced here as far as oil changes and tire rotations. I'm pleased with my experiences here and they always seem to care and notify me on what needs done and if everything is ok on my pickup.

I just want to say thanks to a wonderful team. We were traveling from Virginia Beach, VA to KY with a loaded horse trailer when our truck died on Hwy 64 about 20 miles from Greenbrier. When we coasted into Greenbrier their team could not have been nicer. They diagnosed our problem and was able to recommended an economical fix that would get us safely to our destination and back home again. What great people to treat us so like hometown folks. I'll always be thankful that we found Greenbrier Ford.

Again this dealership has failed to give me any consideration for being a long time customer and my family too. I was given an appointment to bring my escape over on wendsday to have some body work done on it and I got there and the salesperson told me to see the other salesperson when she got off the phone well as soon as she got off the phone she took another person in and I guess I was not even there by the way they treated me well you know what guys my family and I went to Beckley today and they purchased a new vehicle there and I will be buying mine there too. The dealership in Beckley assured us that that we will be treated right by them and not like this I stood for a half an hour just to be ignored like I was not there.

I had a great experience when I purchased my vehicle back in January. Everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to help me find exactly what I wanted. It was a quick processtest drive, credit approval, and paperwork was complete in less than two hours! Great dealership with great people! I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new or used car!
