It's always an adventure getting your vehicle serviced here. They may, or may not, do everything you bring it in there for. Not comforting to see the supervisor and tech staring at your car wondering what is left to do when you bring it in for an oil change and 50k mile service.

We bought a used vehicle from Great Lakes Ford. The entire process was very easy, professional, smooth, and quick. The entire staff, especially Cheryl, was fantastic to work with. Cheryl was very friendly, professional, and welcoming. The building was very clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a quality vehicle.
