If you are in the market for a car ask for Tom Waddell, he is a straight shooter and looks out for his customers by keeping their best interest at the top of his mind. That is a rare thing indeed, in any business.
Bought a used 2008 Dodge Caravan minivan from Tom at Don's. Great value and was treated great. I plan on buying there again in the future.
Great Service. They really pay attention to customer. Everyone greeted me with a smile.
Dan is the best sales man. 3 generations have purchased from him and we wouldn't buy from any one else.
Great place to go for a new or used car. Always friendly and helpful. Great service department too.
I take my Jeep here and they are really good place. I don't go anywhere else
Very friendly, not pushy . Tom Waddell excellent salesman.
Bought a 2011 Used Chevy HHR in March of 2017 I had a issue with the SCS. They Fixed it but how I was treated while I was there I will never buy another used or new car
Friendly service, My mom bought a jeep from there and they have been great even after the sale with very minor issues. This is how you run a car lot.
Dean Bushor always 5 star service even after the sale. Once again, Hats off to Dean
Don't usually think of reviewing auto repair shops but this one is wonderful. Alway try to make an appointment ahead of time because they are busy! Very nice waiting room away from the noise of the shop. Comfy chairs, two TV's and free coffee, tea, water or cappuccino while waiting. Dan Z. in the financial office is the king of writing up a new or used care deal. Is friendly and thorough and doesn't take a long time figuring up all the numbers. Dan Moriarty in sales is tops as well. A straight shooter with no pressure.
Chad in service was great to work with having to deal with me being inpatient and putting pretty much a whole new engine in my ramtruck was done the day after the bock was received. ..great service
Salesman misled me about towing capacity of the vehicle I bought. When I found this out and asked them to help make it right, the best they could do was sell me a similar car at full retail and take mine in at normal trade in value. Essentially making no amends and leaving me to eat the full difference between the retail I paid and the trade-in value. Accountability not their thing I guess. Plenty of other dealers around.
