  Had an amazing experience with Big Lou's. Rented a 4 in 1 combo that required 2 blowers but only got one. Issue was rectified right away. Bounce house was dropped off early so we got a lot of extra time. Staff was nice. I have no complaints except my sore muscles from jumping 😂😂 I'll definitely be using them again!!

  4/29 Rented the bounce house/ water slide combo. Delivered the night before. Noticed their hose had a hole in it, and by next morning it was swapped out. Equipment was clean and when they came to pick it up, they even closed and locked my gate. Thank you. Great customer service. Already got another slide ordered for this up coming weekend.

  Great service, we rented a boy castle for my 4yr old son and he loved it. They delivered it super early so he enjoyed even more. We definitely rent it again.

  I booked a bounce house/slide combo for my son’s birthday party this weekend. I reserved it from 11-4. They delivered it promptly around 9am and picked it up around 7! My kids really appreciated that!
  
  We had an issue with one of the blowers now working property and a they had someone come out promptly to replace the blower - great customer service!
  
  Our bouncer appeared to have been through a lot of events and needed retired or repaired as there were a few seams that were worn and leaking air, and the ladder to the slide was worn, making climbing up difficult.

  Booked the Jump house/slide Combo for 1/15/23
  
  Pros:
  It arrived early and as promised, decent price. Friendly service. My son and his 8 guests had a blast!
  Con:
  The ladder/steps on the combo house have seen better days and need to be repaired, my son struggled getting up and couldn't without grippy socks since some of the steps were pulled away at the seams. Grippy Socks resolved the issue and thankfully I recommended all guests to bring them!
  
  Take away: I would use Lou's services again.
