Cheap comfortable place to stay. Clean, quiet, and has comfortable beds. It is being operated a lot better with new ownership/management. Don't judge a place by its past reputation a lot of work and money has gone into remodeling and keeping the place clear of unwanted elements.

It's a quiet cozy place to stay. Very clean rooms. We were met with a smile and a very friendly lady who introduced herself as the manager. She was very helpful made sure that we were comfortable and that we were satisfied with our visit. On our next visit to Connersville we will definately be staying at the Grey Haven Motel. I recommend that if your visiting Connersville and need a place to stay then stop by and see the friendly folks at Grey Haven Motel. I would make only one suggestion and that is they could really use an ice machine. Thanks for allowing me to write this review as I was very happy to do.

Its being remolded, staff is greatvery friendly, rooms are clean, and good descent prices. Its under new management and its really getting cleaned up, not only cosmetic clean up, but there are no signs of drugs there. The manager is very friendly, but very tough and cracking down on drugs and the people that bring the drugs in there. I can honestly say its a safer place now for family's with children traveling or needing a place to stay for a week or so. The motel has a big back yard for children to play.

When I arrived to check in I felt welcome. Met the manager and house keeper! Great ladies. Beautiful place for price!!!!

I stayed in room 19.
Pros: Cozy, clean, bed's comfy, you get what you pay for, the fridge works, the staff is nice and understanding.
Cons: I saw one bug but I quickly dealt with it so no harm there and the tub is clogged with something so it filled up with water when I took a shower but it drained quickly after I got it.
NOTICE: I told one of the faculty members about the bug and she said that she hires an exterminator every two weeks to spray the rooms and they make sure to not have any bugs in any of the rooms. As for the tub, it's just old. As long as the water drained, I was happy.
Conclusion: I liked the place. I'll stay again when I'm back in town.response / report this review -

The Gray Haven is under new management and seems to be running a lot smoother. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and it is in a convenient location.

Said redid rooms didn't.
Tv didn't work properly and has lines thru it plus remote didn't work either.
If you can figure out combination in shower water is hot atleast.
No curtin in shower can see right in. No towels but finally got one for noth of us.
Only thing decent was cost
