Karen gave excellent customer service. I will be back in the future to purchase another bed everything was easy . I recommend this place to anyone who is searching for a bed. Karen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products.

Walked in and was greeted vert professionally by Billy, he really helped me find what I needed came back the next day to let my daughter see her new bed and karen helped and was amazing couldnt ask for anything more.

Karen was really professional and friendly. Very informative about the different types of mattresses. Helped us find just what needed. Was not pushy and gave us time to see what felt right for us. My husband and I had a great experience today and will definitely go back for our future needs. Updated: Changing my review. The manager was not nearly as informative as she should of been. We found that out when we had to call back for something. Also, delivery men left all the trash from the delivery all over our house and also on the outside table, manager gave me the wrong information about an item, manager then called to see how things went and got sarcastic on the phone. Last straw was that she said she would get a hold of me this week to help with something that she gave me wrong information on in the first place and then never did. It is obvious she is in it for the sale and doesn't care at all about afterwards. After all of this we will not be going back for any future needs but instead find a new store.

Billy and Karen were extremely helpful in assisting us in choosing the right matteress for us that fit our budget. Unlike other places we had looked at, they weren't pushy and didn't hover us as we talked amongst ourselves. Prices were about the same as other places, plus free delivery within the area! We will be purchasing future mattresses for our kids from them again.

10/2/14. We searched every store on Dixie Highway for a good mattress at a good price. Mr. Chavis greeted us at the door and and let us know that he was there to help us. He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained in detail about each mattress that we inquired about. The prices were better than any place that we had shopped for the quality. We felt very comfortable and the store was clean. He was not pushy and he understood that we wanted the best mattress he could sell us with the money we wanted to spend. He even gave us our pillows at 50% off and a free set of sheets. We felt he had our best interest in mind and that he was not just trying to push anything on us. He allowed us to take our time so that we could be sure about the mattress we chose. We are completely satisfied with the service and will definitely recommend Mattress & More to all our friends and family and anyone we know shopping for a mattress. We even got free delivery and they will haul away our old mattress. I am excited. Thank you Mr. Chavis and Mattress & More!
