Love their coffee (especially the one with ice cream) and it's very warm and cozy there as well.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and my orders are almost always right!

This popular location is known for it's wide array of coffees and teas; for the baked goods as well as the savory menu choices at breakfast and lunch; and of course, as a quiet atmosphere to entertain your friends and family. Wi-Fi is available, as is privacy or a sidewalk view - watching the passerby as they meander from store to store. The downtown location means you're always able to keep up with what's happening on 'the bricks.'

It's rare to find a coffee shop with great coffee and great food, but this place has got both. The customer service and the atmosphere are also lovely.

Overall, a quite and relaxing place to put your feet up after a day of wandering around downtown Thomasville. Grassroots has a lot of space for people to sit, both inside and outside, as well as a rewards program to keep you coming back. The coffee also does a good job of that though! I particularly enjoyed the cold brew on my latest trip. I look forward to working my way through the rest of the menu!

This is one of my all time favorite coffee shops. When visiting friends we ALWAYS make at least one stop at Grassroots. The coffee and atmosphere is always great! They're food selection is delicious! They are usually really fast with orders but be prepared to wait a little longer than normal for your drink. This is simply due to the popularity and number of people who visit the shop! If you're in Thomasville, swing by! It's located downtown which is also a good place to walk around and drink the coffee you just ordered!

This place has good coffee but very very VERY slow lunch service. I ordered a salad to goa SALAD that took over 20 minutes to make! It's salad for crying out loud it's not that hard or time consuming to make. I watched to cook and he moves at a snails pace. Either don't offer to go as an option because he can't move quickly or get him some HELP! When people order to go it's because they're in a hurry. I was I needed to get back to work. If I had known that it was going to take over 20 minutes for them to make a salad I would not have ordered it. So in conclusion get the cook some help or don't offer to-go as an option. Make it sit down only for lunch. That way people in hurry know not to come here because you can't serve them in a timely fashion.

I don't come here much but when I do the staff always remembers what I want. Incredible. Local coffee shop with outstanding service and support. Great quality food and drinks. You must try one of their breakfast sandwiches it is very good and "homemade"!

This is the Thomasville version of Starbucks. Everyone who works there is really cool. Coffee is always great. Non-dairy options. Fresh baked pastries. They have breakfast and lunch options.

Coffee is great here. I like it better than Starbucks (which tastes over roasted to me). The staff are great the food is tasty albeit a bit slow to get from ordering to being ready to eat.

Hands down the best coffee around. And the customer service is impeccable! Even when there's a long line, its totally worth it to wait. They sell local honey, coffee by the bag and the pastries are to die for!

Meh. I had kind of high expectations coming in here, but they must have been too high because I thought this place wasn't that great.

First of all, the coffee store was literally packed with people. The line seemed to go on forever and moved at a snail's pace. It felt like I waited for an eternity until I was finally able to order.

The menu isn't really that special. They've got pretty much the standard coffee fare, some good baked goods. They were apparently out of a lot of things when I went in based on what I overheard from the baristas.

There seemed to be a lot of baristas working here but the line didn't seem to move any faster. I can't figure out if they were all just socializing or what. None of them were particularly friendly or warm either.

I ordered an iced coffee. It was okay. Not great.

I probably would only come here out of desperation, not for legit coffee. The atmosphere is really cute but this place leaves a lot to be wanted.

This is a wonderful place. Without it, Thomasville would be colorless.
There would be no centralized sense of community. Coffee, food, and service are all beyond most anyone's expectation of a java joint. Coffee: superb and roasted on the premises. Food: very fine, bordering on the gourmet. Service is excellent.
The baristas are professional, consistently friendly and accommodating. One VERY small change I might suggest: maybe turn down the A/C, as the interior is sometimes really cold! I think the cold temp makes for comfortable workers but chilly patrons!
But overall this is the gold standard for all coffee houses. A+

They have wonderful people who provide superb service, some delicious espresso, and perform in a great atmosphere. This has got to be one of the best coffee companies -- A must visit!
