Good / Fair dealership. Melvin was great to work with from start to finish. Everything goes off of fair KBB values, so no hard negotiating needed. They're even mailing us an extra part they found for our Jeep after the sale. Good dealership that goes the extra mile.

Not a great experience Vehical was not in great shape, and were asking absolute retail with issues with vehical. price was higher then listed online. DO NOT trust the condition of the vehicals.

Stopped by to pickup some parts, while I was I was able to have my new car's 1000 mile check done. In and out in 30 minutes. The service staff vacuum your floor mats, and leave you a mint and their card.

True no pressure sales. You work with one person, start to finish. No pushy finance guy, prices are reasonable, and my trade was given a fair price. I've shopped at several other car dealerships in the area and Grappone is the best my far.

No hassle policy is great. You know the prices without having to haggle or get the "let me talk to the manger" line. They do push the add on services though

The people there were super friendly. I worked with one person throughout the whole time I was there looking for a car, and they were very thorough on explaining everything about what was going on. Overall best car buying experience in my life. Unlike any other car dealer. No pressure no commission sales people are really truly helpful. The prices they quote are competitive and even beast other car dealers. What I particularly like is that their are actually 5 car dealers all in one stop. We drove 5 different cars and were able to compare features without hoping all around and dealing with other agressive car salespeople. I highly recommend Grappone to anyone care shopping
