  Food was ok but trying to get the waitresses off their phone long enough so we could pay our bill didn't happen. Had the money sitting on the bill on the table but no one would come by to take the bill up. Everyone else in the restaurant was gone as we sat alone waiting. Won't be back for awhile.

  Service could be better..younger woman that is some times behind the bar will talk with one person and ignore the rest of the customers at the bar..

  I've been told Grand Hotel is dirty but they got great food and you know what if you haven't been back in the kitchen you don't know what it's like so go and eat there

  Amazing amount of food for prices depending on what you order! Lovely friendly service great people! Very homie feeling by far my favorite place to go with the family don't really go anywhere else just to avoid terrible service we usually get in this town!

  For local, I personally like their burgers, it's no Culver's but good nevertheless, Interesting. Intuitive experience there once but seemed like residual energy of something past. Odd though, thought i heard yelling like an argument a gun shot once and someone yell but as fast as it came it left -
  this was strictly a spiritual experience Food service, and otherwise Great !

  Do you believe in magic? Because the grand is like the Agrobah of West Michigan. Slide in and mystified at the best nachos that will ever hit your mouth hole. You'll want to bring an array of protection, like wetnaps. Because you're going to be out of control when this food hits your taste buds.

  Great place for a bite to eat. Best Nachos Supreme and darn good wet burritos. Several drinks available including alcoholic beverages. Small and can be a wait for seating during summer. Most staff are friendly.
