IRENE is the best! Gentle hands, entertaining, lovely overall. Always the best, looks out for her patients and makes you feel at home with every visit. This occasion I was blessed with a personal card :) can't wait to come back! Dentists at grand dentistry always look out for you and take your dental care to the top notch. Extremely polite and charismatic staff! 10/10

I worked for 20 years as a dental assistant in my youth, and have in my lifetime (now 76) I can, without reservation state that Dr. Gardner and his assistant Nick, are the most skilled, compassionate, kind, and efficient dental team I have ever met or worked for or with. Watching the whole extended team working with such ease and precision is a joy to observe and experience. I recommend them with 100% surety knowing they are the best!

Let me start by saying that if I could give a million stars to this office, I would! From the first time I called, I knew this office was a winner because the receptionist (actually all the front office staff) are just straight-up friendly, compassionate and amazing at their job. I can't tell you how many times I have walked into a doctor's office or called an office for an appointment and that first impression was crushed because the office staff were rude or condescending. so I wanted to be sure when I wrote this review my appreciation for their kindness and hard work was recognized.
NOW- if you are afraid of the dentist because of previous bad experiences (like I was before finding this office) then great news for you because Dr. George Khazoum and his dental assistants are TOP NOTCH and always so friendly and easy to talk to. So. if you are still not convinced this is an awesome place to go to- Dr. K is also a surgeon and can do the extraction in office saving money and time! I had an infection in a wisdom tooth and needed all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Dr. K was able to do this procedure for me with no complications.
Unfortunately, many Americans are conditioned to accepting poor treatment from medical practitioners these days (in all medical fields) but coming to an office that's beautiful, well maintained, has wonderful staff and skilled/friendly doctors reminded me that we should expect the best from our doctors and medical staff. If any office is looking for an idea of what an office should offer I believe Grand Dentistry certainly leads by example.response / report this review -

So efficient, caring, and considerate! My 88-year old mother needed new teeth. The staff worked around her wheelchair and other physical restrictions while talking to her kindly and treating her with such respect. Their calm and cheerful demeanor quickly put Mom at ease. They completed all of the work as quickly as possible so that it would be less stressful for Mom. I was informed about insurance issues and costs and the whole care plan in plain language-they listened to and answered my questions clearly and respectfully. I am incredibly satisfied with their work and I'd recommend this office to everyone.

I had my first visit today, what a wonderful experience! From the time I made the appointment which was easy and was able to get in quickly. I spoke with Tracy and Linda both kind and professional. Upon my arrival I had X-Rays with Kristen, what a Gem she explained every step she was doing also professional and added personal touch, so as to make me feel like I was not just another patient. I don’t recall the staff member known as the “button pusher”she was funny and answered the call of need quickly. I was seen by Dr. Stephen Gardner, who also did a fantastic job of explaining what he saw and recommended, which is what I was looking for! Provide steps I needed to take. I appreciate that. I then met with Wendy, who has the position of explaining the cost, not such a fun job, but she too had a personal touch. She provided a written estimate, yes dental care can be costly, but considering the importance of a healthy mouth, how do you put a price on that??Thank you all kindly for all your services and I look forward to seeing you for the action plan.
