I really like this public library, it is full of people, adults and children. Good example of what a public library should look like. The staff is very kind and helpful. The resources are wonderful and the materials reflect different cultural, and languages. Good job!

This library has a nice facility and helpful staff. Although this branch is closest to where I live, I only go there when I am feeling TOO self assured, or not uncomfortably self-aware, because there is reliably someone there to heckle me when I walk in!

Some anecdotes for your curious eyes:
I walked out of the library one day, minding my own business, and this guy says to me, "I can tell you've had sex."

I am walking out another time, and this group of kids is saying "Hi hi hi hi hi", and then when I am past them they say "b*tch."

Great library. Despite its Park St location, this library is one of the cleanest and out updated around. I come in with my service dog from time to time, and have never had an issue where other places I am given dirty looks, etc. Love this location.
