The librarians are very helpful. Checking out books is free as long as you bring them back on time. The place does not smell like homeless people no matter what some people think. The place smells like books. The bathrooms have been clean every time I've been here.

The staff is always very helpful and polite. My daughter loves going to get books there. They have a nice area for children to sit and read or look at bugs.

Every single staff member I've interacted with has been downright rude or at worst indifferent to patrons. After the remodel I feel like they have actually have less books of interest and I always have to request items from other locations. The hours are also limited: rather than spend money on aesthetic-based remodeling, I would have preferred longer hours on weekends. I no longer use this location due to the staff and limited hours.

I love this library! The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The children's area is wonderfully designed. My family lives 3 blocks from the Bay View branch and prefer to travel Tippecanoe due to the fact that the staff are much more pleasant and approachable. Thanks, Tippecanoe library for maintaining a great MPL standard through your branch!

Is this a daycare or a library. I have no idea how anyone is supposed to study or get any work done with constant distraction. It is extremely loud and parents do not seem to care. What a waste of money.

this is a great library that is newly remodled. its is updated in many things. the librarians are very helpful and kind if you have any questions. very good service, well maintained, and a very large and wide selection of many books. this library has many clubs and programs for children and adults. at some times though there are children there who tend to get a bit loud during 2:15-3:45 on weekdays because school lets out, so if u pefer quite go at another time. It is a library i go to often becuase its my favorite. also to other google accounts who have posted a reveiw, they do not smell like homeless people and there are no prices at all becuase its a library.

Remodel is beautiful. Great selection of movies and books in the children's section. My kids beg me to go.
