Absolutely the best workers comp lawyer in Sacramento. I came to Golden State Workers Compensation with a stress claim and it was settled quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough good things about this law firm to lawyers I worked with and the staff. An excellent choice if you've been unfortunate enough to suffer a work injury. One thing I can say is Ryan is a very calm man but he is very very aggressive with defense counsel. I would characterize him as silent but deadly.

As far as I'm concerned Ryan and his staff are the best workers compensation lawyers in Sacramento. My story is long and I honestly don't want to spend the time going down memory lane or should I say nightmare lame. But just know this. Call Ryan he is a wonderful man and a wonderful attorney and very very aggressive.

My employer is extremely negligent. Due to the negligence of my employer I sustained a pretty serious injury. I called around looking for a personal injury attorney to represent me but apparently in the Work Comp system, which is extremely confusing to me I didn't qualify for a third-party liability situation so I was referred to Ryan add Golden state workers compensation. A friend of mine had used him for a work injury a couple years ago and he's an excellent lawyer a very nice guy and his staff is attentive. I was pleased with the entire process from his end of things.
As far as the Workers Compensation system it's an absolute crooked bought and sold legislators by the insurance companies scam. I could go on for hours ranting but the bottom line is don't get injured. And as much as I hate saying this because Ryan is a great lawyer. If you get injured and you have excellent insurance and have a minor injury and you're not going to miss time from work it might be a good idea just to not go through Workers Compensation. I really feel I would have healed quicker received better medical attention and the settlement that I received was excellent considering my situation but it was pennies compared to the hassle I went through.response / report this review -

I sent an email explaining my injury at 9:30 on a Saturday. To my surprise I got a call from attorney Ryan Davis asking me if it was appropriate to call at this hour but he figured I was up because I just sent the email. I was very impressed that the lawyer would be working on a Saturday night. We talked extensively about my case and give me some advice before hiring him or anyone to represent me in my case that works like a charm. So far my case is going in the right direction but Ryan gave me all the red flags to look out for. If the insurance company or my employer cross the line I will be hiring him most definitely. Thank you Ryan.

My case took a long time to settle. Ryan was my second lawyer thankfully I found it because my first lawyer and law firm I worked with was terrible at communication. Ryan is actually the type of person to return a phone call after hours from his cell phone. That's why I'm very perplexed reading some of these negative reviews. In any event everyone has their own experience and I'm sharing mine. My experience was nothing short of amazing. Thank you very much for your help end guidance during a difficult time.
