  I was in the middle of an appeal of OPM's final decision of a very significant overpayment and was Googling law firms that may be able to help me. I found this firms info and called for the free consultation. Aaron D Wersing was very honest and up front about what he could or could not due for me at this point in the appeal. He did not try to get me to pay money for services that would not help and gave me great insight as to how OPM would proceed after forcing the MSPB to dismiss my appeal by rescinding its final decision. I will reach out to him again once I get a new decision and would highly recommend him and his team if you need help with Federal Employment Federal Retirement issues.

  I recently had a phone consultation with Aaron Wersing for approximately 30 minutes. I worked in federal sector for 30 year. His knowledge of OPM and MSPB was impressive. Anyone that needs a Knowledgeable Federal attorney this is the go to person.

  I worked with Federal Employment Law Firm of Aaron D Wersing on my FERS Disability case. My reconsideration appeal was an uphill battle, but Aaron and his team really came through. They did a great job on my appeal and got me the best outcome possible from OPM. I am thankful for all of their guidance, effort and empathy throughout this difficult process.
