  I have 2 sons who have received service at this location for 7 years. The Dentist and Assistants are AWESOME they do GOOD WORK. I will admit the waiting list to get service is LONG as everyone wants the same block of Appointment times, and Weekend service is HARD as well to sync up an appointment with a particular Dental Specialist. There is going to be some good with the bad with the stringent Covid Protocols and Front Desk Service is spotty depending on who services you. At the end of the day you want QUALITY work for you Children.

  Lobby and bathrooms are always clean. The service area as well. The staff is always friendly. They usually respond to messages left pretty quick. Kids do not have any complaints.

  If you're looking for a dentist don't bother with this place.
  I called and left a message asking if they accepted my insurance.
  1 week goes by with no return call.
  I call back and give my info to a person they say they will call me back after they talk to my insurance.
  2 days go by and no call back. I call them they say that they couldn't get in touch with my insurance - I don't believe them because they asked me to give them all of my info again ( they probably lost my info).
  they call me back asking for that same info again.
  I call them back the same day and they put me on hold.
  I'm on hold for about 20 minutes and someone else picks up and asks why I'm on hold.
  The office obviously don't not really care of prospective patients, so time for me to look elsewhere. and so should you.
  I only put 1 star because google won't allow me to submit without any stars.

  Still won't let parents inside. The parent has to wait out in the hot car during the appointment. Only place I know of that is so strict. Stores let people in other doctors offices let me in along with my child. Not this place. Daughter did had a great experience with her teeth cleaning.

  Pathetic! More than a year after we paid our "final bill" we just got another bill! TERRIBLE ACCOUNTING!
