  I've been here a couple times mountain biking. The trail from the parking lot is an easy flat loop. Don't be fooled, about half way around the loop, you can drop in the canyon for some great technical riding!
  
  The trail is up and down and has lots of wide curves down to the bottom where it ends in a dried up arroyo. From here there's a trail that cat track's up the other side. It's rideable but don't recommend beginners biking this part.
  
  There's not much at the top and no trail markers that would indicate another way back to the parking lot. Verizon Cell service YES, T-Mobile NO.
