Staff was friendly, but I dropped a package off on a Wednesday, and it didn’t actually get shipped until the following Monday This package has now gone from the estimated 3 days to 8 because they held onto the package for 5 days. Might be fine to use them if you don’t care about speed, but this was a package that needed to be shipped quickly.

Staff was very knowledable, helpful and accommodating when I needed over 140 pages printed. They made sure the design translated as best quality as possible! I am so happy with their extra effort. I fax things here all the time, best prices around!

Whoever said it's run by 2 of the sweetest people must be on drugs. From the minute you walk in they're rude. Went in the get fingerprinted for work. After making wait the 10 minutes he started with the additude again, i said lets just get this done. He said i don't have to f@#$% do anything and then refused to do it. Called the fingerprint company and reported them they gave me a different locations that is actually closer., They were really nice and professional. My boss is now going to just send everyone to the Brighton location. There are better places to get the same services without the additude. Wish I could give NO stars!

Need to work on people skills! I went here for fingerprinting and showed up at 8:52a for a 9a appointment and was told I had to wait in my car until at least 9a because he wouldn't have the computer up and running until then.

Incredibly rude service. I went in for fingerprints and had a cranky child with me and the man told me I had to put her down or do something with her. When I went to comfort my child, he got snippy and told me to hold still. He could have shown some compassion and patience.

These are all independently owned. So when you rate this remember its a franchise. The one in Fenton Mi. Is ran by two of the sweetest people. But for some strange reason when you pay for a tracking number, they have to email it to you instead of changing screens on the computer and giving it to you right away. Its just lazy. It has made me change places to ship from because the post office does it right away. They also have a very large dog in the office so if you are allergic, stay away.
