  Went to Goffena's looking for a King Mattress set. I must say I was very impressed with not only the selection but the staff. I believe the sales associate said they had almost 32 different sets to choose from! Needless to say I purchased one of there premium latex sets and couldn't be more pleased. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new furniture or mattresses.

  All around fantastic experience. Was greeted right upon arrival and was shown around the store and told about the new items but did not feel forced to buy anything. Love the quality of our new couches and didn't break the bank buying them. Delivery team was very nice and fast. They were quick to respond when we had a question about the couch. New store looks amazing!

  Prices aren't that great. Delivery was more drop and go. Bought bunk beds here for kids and they just pretty much just dropped all the parts and pieces in the room and that was that, no instructions, missing bolts. Would not but from them again I doubt.

  My experience at Goffena Furniture was FANTASTIC! We went during the Tent Sale and we got a steal of a deal. Amazing prices! The sales managers were very knowledgeable about the furniture. They were very polite, answered all our questions with a lot of detail, and assisted us in the process of picking out our new couch and accent chair. Best service! The couch is amazingly comfortable and great quality. The accent chair is a beautiful print and very comfortable to sit in. Both at amazingly affordable prices! The delivery was speedy, efficient, and they gave us more information and a number to call if we had any further questions. The people at Goffena Furniture are amazing and I would highly recommend anyone to come and buy from them. We are extremely happy with our experience! Defiantly coming back for more!

  I highly wouldn't suggest purchasing any products from Goffena Furniture, especially from sales representatives Dallas and/or Ashley.
  
  We purchased a sectional and rug for multiple thousands of dollars and were promised the products in 6-8 weeks, after 11 weeks we finally received our products and they were damaged. We were lied to about the warranty on the couch and the chaise being powered. After confronting them about our damaged products we were offered a discount on our furniture not a replacement for brand new furniture that hadn't even been sat on. They also admitted that they didn't clearly know what products they were selling because the chaise didn't even come in a powered option.
  
  I am highly unsatisfied with their customer service and the way they treat their customers.
  
  Our order was returned on their truck and taken back to Sidney. I will NEVER step foot in their store again.
  
  I understand we may have gotten a "lemon" of a purchase, but I just wanted to warn others of Goffena Furniture's low-quality products, refusal to fix preexisting issues on brand new furniture and their terrible customer service. Please think twice before dealing with/purchasing from this company.
