I’ve never written a review before really for any company but this one here has won the jackpot lol. Honestly the WORST company I’ve ever received services from. They NEVER communicate, are always late for installs or maintenance, and from the very beginning after getting a new HVAC system, which was poorly installed, by them with exposed flashings and poorly installed shingles which have allowed elements to enter my roof and have caused extensive interior damage. I’ve had problems and have had to pretty much do their job through communications, writing notes, and inspections. Unfortunately I’m stuck with these guys until who knows when their mistakes will be resolved (over a year now). I had high hopes and have tried to be patient but oh well. I highly do not recommend.

Company states 24hr emergency service.
I had a unit installed on 7-24-22
5 hours post install my condo was 85 degrees.
My nest said no power wire hooked up.
I called emergency service and they pushed me off until the morning cause they stated they couldn’t get a hold of anyone.
So I had to spend 11k for someone to install my unit and it didn’t even work that night.

The next day someone came out and said the water run off wasn’t level and it was causing my unit to turn off.
The gentlemen leveled what he said needed fixing and that the AC was on.
The condo cooled down and after 4 hours the nest thermostat stated the unit had no power… Again.

I called 24 hour service at 7PM and they stated they can not send someone out till the next day.

Why have 24 hour emergency service plastered everywhere and not provide on two consecutive occasions.

So here we are
The condo is hot once again and Goettle dropped the ball again by saying yeah go head and be hot tonight and we’ll be there tomorrow.

Add to the fact they put 5 holes in the wall said sorry the dry wall people are booked for a while
We can have someone out in 30 days to fix the holes we put in your wall.

All I get from customer service is lip service.
I can’t talk to anyone in charge and no one has a solution.

Terrible company. Terrible customer service.
No discount offered.

They stated the supervisor is coming out tomorrow. We’ll see what they say then…
Hopefully we don’t get heatstroke waiting for them to take their time to get here.

We bought an entire new AC system $15,000. In 2 weeks it’s broken!!! They tell you a time someone will show up and that doesn’t happen. After an entire new install, you’d think we would get better treatment!! They don’t pay for hotel rooms if the new system goes down . They don’t rush to repair it! They don’t care that you’ve had they’re installation crew was here for 16 hours total to install (leaving me in the hot house at 93 degrees inside). Then just 2 weeks later to go through this AGAIN!!
We are senior citizens and our house temperature last night was 87.
We are so disappointed at the lack of quality service. The repair guy today felt the need to leave the door open while he worked inside. It’s 106 degrees. Does he have a brain?????
This is NOT QUALITY WORK!!!!

Installation of new system is a mess and not done professionally. Many items needed repaired, I will update posting after I get someone to call me back. Same Goettl individuals came back out which was awkward and 10 minutes of arguing because they didn’t want to fixed botched install. They didn't have a clue on the issues with cutting bridge bracing on trusses. Not cleaning drain pan and still a 90 degree on flex gas pipe which it will restrict gas flow. 5/17 , once you need repair it is impossible to get a Goettl service or support person to speak with or return a call. 5/31 Goettl failed inspection have to come back to repair for a third time. 6/9 still not contact about fail inspection. 7/11 system has broken worked for 2 months only. 7/11 evening Goettl repaired and 7/18 Goettl made final repairs to all issues only took two months and many calls. Inspection is only item left.

$355 for a 20 minute hose bib repair with no drywall. Guy said that was after $90 inspection fee was waived. Other local plumbers quoted about $150 for the same job. Unfortunately this was the quickest and most available service so I paid their fee. Good work, ridiculous prices. Go small business if time isn’t a problem.
