Glass Doc was awesome to work with. From scheduling my appointment to the service everyone was so nice to work with and made my home glass repair super easy to do. Bobby G was the tech who did my window repair and he was very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. Also he was very quick in his repairs. Would definitely recommend using them.

I needed my windshield replaced and calibrated after a rock caused a big crack in the windshield. When you walk in the store there is just a button to push and someone comes out and greets you. The first girl that came to help me asked what I was there for and seemed confused that I had a 10 am appointment. She asked with who, I wasn’t sure I just got a confirmation that said to be there at 10. She took my keys without explaining anything and I waited. A little after 10 I realized I had forgotten something in the car so I pushed the button to get my keys. A different girl came out and grab my keys for me and explained that the tech would be ready shortly.

The two stars I am giving are mainly about the service inside and my car interior. The tech fixed everything and it looked great, so I drove home. Later on I was getting something out of my car on the passenger side and got cut by a piece of glass on the seat. I started looking around and noticed more shards of glass on the seat and on the floor board. I am not sure the protocol for windshield replacement but I would imagine a vacuum of the mess should be included. That would be reasonable as to not be negligible and cause injury to your customers.

Their customer service team had a great system to get our broken glass replaced. Despite the older sliding glass door and issues that come with older frames - they made it look great. They even got the glass in early and did the install sooner than we expected. Nice folks to work with.

Gary did a great job installing our windshield. He was polite and made sure that we were satisfied with the job. He had a great customer service skills. Highly recommended! We will definitely use him again for any glass needs.

Scheduling and installation was smooth. The crew arrived on time and replaced three foggy windows within one hour.

One downside is they use the existing vinyl strips that may be old and brittle (my windows were originally installed 10 years ago). The chances of tearing are high and after replacement visually windows will not look as good as one would expect.
